a spiritual path is a heart-centered path
that cannot be found in a book.
Intellectual spirituality will not save you. People often turn to the spiritual path in an attempt to find the deeper meaning of life. People usually look to things spiritual in order to gain a better understanding of things physical. The search may begin with a book or a seminar or a profound personal experience that leads to the reading of a book or attending some sort of gathering where things of a spiritual nature are discussed and explored. Usually what is read or what is heard strikes a chord somewhere deep in the inner self, and the person knows they are on to something. This on-to-somethingfeeling usually results in the reading of more books, the attending of more seminars and a broadening of the search to discover more materials that will deepen the feeling of being on the spiritual path. It’s nice, and it may be fulfilling for a while, but ultimately it can become an intellectual, rather than a spiritual experience.
This is not to say that you should not read things of a spiritual nature. Nor does it mean that you should not attend events with the intention of broadening your spiritual understanding. This is to say clearly and openly that reading books, writing notes on index cards, professing to know what you have read and written, will not save you! Knowing what to do and doing it are not the same. Reading leads to knowing. Doing leads to experience, and only your own experience will ultimately save you.
Until today, you may have believed that all you needed was an in-depth knowledge of spiritual principles and ideals. Just for today, practice grounding your spiritual philosophy in your heart. Don’t forget! Ask the Holy Spirit to assist you in discovering whether or not you are on the path that is most beneficial to you!

So Faith, standing before the intellectual doubters, addressed them as follows; “Negative thoughts of reason, you intend to be very well-meaning structured thoughts, for as I observe you, I see all of the ideas you have constructed into unmoveable FACTS. One of your altars did acknowledge that there are some things that cannot be completely explained. I urge you to recognize that this “unknown” is the mysterious God I speak of. You have been worshipping Him even thought you did not realize it.
He is the God who made everything. Since He is God of seen and unseen he doesn’t live in specified temples. He resides within each of us, As us. Human hands cannot serve His needs because He has No Needs. He himself gives life and breath to everything, and He satisfies EVERY need. From one Divine Idea He created all consciousness and life. He pre-determined our life plans and purposes. Every moment of our life was carefully planned by Him.
His purpose was for consciousness to seek Him and perhaps feel their way towards Him, remembering the truth of their origin, recognizing the power within. In Him we live and move and exist. There is no spot where God is not. As some of your own inspired ideas have recognized, ‘I am His Child.’ And since this is true, we shouldn’t think of God as an idol or object or status designed by our own limited perceptions.
God once overlooked my ignorant thoughts and beliefs, but now He is calling all aspects of my consciousness to align and transform into Truth, returning to Him. For as I declare my willingness, He will cleanse my consciousness by the power of Christ within me, who has all power to create and transform for good.
When they heard Faith speak of the power of transformation of destructive thoughts into constructive thoughts, some resisted and ridiculed. Many thoughts were curious, and a seed of hope and desire for more love was planted within. More and more of these thoughts declare their willingness and desire for MORE. They are transformed and inspire negative aspects of self to surrender to the power of Love, expanding Love moment by moment.
